Ottimo casa per New York Positive: Tutto! Appartamento perfetto per chi intende trascorrere delle belle vacanze a New York. Si trova nel New Jersey, ma proprio sotto casa ha una fermata di bus con tre linee che vi portano direttamente nel cuore di Manhattan in meno di 20 minuti e gli autobus sono molto frequenti. Potrete osservare uno skyline unico a due passi da casa (fatevi una passeggiata lungo la via perché è spettacolare!!!). Non solo: proprio vicino c'è un supermercato molto fornito, oltre a ristorantini vari e un'enoteca. La casa ha dimensioni adeguate per due persone, ha una cucina attrezzata e non vi mancherà nulla, specie per me che ho problemi di celiachia mi sono potuto cucinare tutto. Il bagno è piccolino ma funzionale, comunque con una doccia comoda e acqua sempre bella bollente. Il letto è molto comodo, il quartiere tranquillo. Il proprietario comunica con gentilezza ed in maniera chiara e disponibile. Ci ha lasciato acqua e snack, oltre ciabattine da camera e numerosi asciugamani di spugna. Che dire, questo posto sarà il luogo del mio cuore ogni volta che tornerò. Grazie mille al proprietario per questa bella esperienza e per l'onestà dei prezzi! Buon 2026

Ok if you're on a budget Positive: Close to the city by bus, great amenities in the apartment Negative: No soundproofing at all. No extra heating except for building heater that wasn't enough. 2nd floor without elevator. And the tiniest bathroom, I used the kitchen sink to brush my teeth

Excellent Positive: The location was super,highly accessible to 42nd Street Mahanttan New York with bus ,the transport buses very cheap to subways to all part of Mahanttan.The environment very serene and decent. Facilities is super and connecting everywhere excellent. Negative: Nothing really,just maintain the standard or improve on it..
